C-Perkins Quality Exteriors, Inc. has been in business for 15 years,
as a licensed contractor. Serving clients in Lake, McHenry
and Dupage counties in Illinois and throughout the state of Wisconsin.
We perform quality work at an affordable price for new construction or
remodeling projects. We take pride in a job well done and we're confident that you will be satisfied. In most cases, we do not require a deposit. No payment is necessary until the project is complete. We are confident that after completion of each job, you will be very pleased and want to pay in full. We specialize in all types of exterior work including roofing, siding, rafter design, structural repair, soffit, fascia, gutters and all types of new and replacement windows. The fact that we do not use sub-contractors really sets us apart from our competition. Our company does not have to hire outside help. If you decide to add a doorway, or need structural repair, we can take care of it for you. We also own Pasco Development, which gives us the knowledge to meet any construction needs that may arise in your project.
